Three Miles Three Hills

I haven't blogged about running partly because I don't think you care and partly because I don't feel like it and partly because I haven't run in over a week (although it's been since like April since I've posted about my running but I truly have been running and running well) and partly because I was sick last week and didn't run at all except when David Reback was here visiting from Florida. I gave him my three mils three hills tour of Eureka which, at my pace, was a joke for him. He's a triathlete which brings me to why he was even in Northern California in the first place. He ran the Escape From Alcatraz race a weekend or so ago in SFO. I went down to the city to watch it with his brother, John, who unwittingly became a spectator and David's caddy for the day.

Anyway, today's run went well. Three miles and three hills in 26:38. That's under nine minutes a mile hills included and I'm still sick. So not too shabby.

No running tips today. I'm not feeling too smart and my usual resource is down.
