Alabama gunman had sued slain mother's employer

Keeping a "list of wrongs" is the easiest thing in the world to do. It takes no talent; no creativity. There is zero talent involved. Horror is the bitter fruit of such a list.

It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out.

Imagine what the world would be like if you kept a "list of repairs" or a "list of reconciliations".

List of reconciliations. That's awesome. Yes, unfortunately, none of us really knows how our actions can affect another...not totally.

That is a tragedy to be sure.

We ought to be in prayer for his family and for the victims' families.
